BMAD Bluegrass Jam
A friend took some of us to a bluegrass jam the other night, we got home at 4 in the morning! It was great fun, and we sang lots, played lots, and a few of us did some contra dancing

Odds and Ends

Today I did more exercise than I have in a while. I expect to be really sore tomorrow all over
