Today I started getting nasty comments on a particular video, Yodeling Lesson 2 With Bonnie, in larger quantities than has been normal. Then for some reason this morning I kept getting emails saying people had subscribed. I thought, Wait, um, no, that couldn’t be, could it? So I checked the youtube page and yup, the video had been featured sometime earlier today. Crazy stuff! I never expected that. But anyhow, since I update you guys on all that youtube stuff I do anyhow, I thought I’d let you know. It’s still there as of this moment at the bottom of the featured video list on the youtube homepage.

I’ve been working on trying to learn some HTML. It’s been fun
Frustrating, of course. But not all things that have their hard sides are that bad
In fact, hard things tend to be more rewarding. But that’s provided that you don’t despair midway and give up. And if it’s a process in which you see little to no results in a reasonable amount of time, it can be utterly discouraging. But generally, unless you’re doing it the wrong way, you begin to see results.

Featured on Youtube - cool!
BTW, a good site for learning HTML is http://www.w3schools.com. They have a great tutorial you can go through and then a quiz. You might want to do the XHTML tutorial, too (XHTML is basically standards-compliant HTML).

Hi Bonnie,
Yep, I’m a member at the LHC. I never comment; got my 100 posts and I was done, haha. I visit it often, though, and I recognize your name. Mine is aleatha. It’s cool that we both know Porter!

Congratulations! Now you are big timing!
Hey, on the programming, if you are looking to do a website, you might want to check out Joomla. They have a nice basic starter free! download, and then you customize it and add modules to make it the way you want it. Robert is busy using it for somebody, and he has given it good ratings so far.

Andrew, thanks a lot for the link. I think I had come across that site in my looking for various references, I’ll have to look over it some more.
Thanks Carol
Aleatha, that’s so neat! It’s funny to know people from LHC, I guess it is a huge enough site that I know a few people in person that I know on there (one I met from there and are good friends in person now!).
Esther, thanks a whole lot
You know God is really the awesome one
Dianna, thanks for that reference too, and for the congrats

Bonnie, I find your “God Put a Yodel in my Heart” very touching, and I appreciate your patient and gentle way of teaching yodeling. BTW, I’m in that male-63 group; I suppose you remind us of our own daughters.
